Fund sources require varying kinds of documents to support grant
applications. If you are a CCTHITA employee responsible for program development,
then these documents will be helpful. If you are not a Central Council employee,
then these can be used as examples of what is required in most applications.
Tribal Authorization - Many fund sources require a tribal resolution from the governing council authorizing the application.
Concurring Tribal Resolutions - Some agencies require concurring resolutions from each Tribe in the proposed service area or to be affected. HUD requires this for their ICDBG program.
2005 Indirect Cost Rate - Some fund sources will fund administrative costs based on a federally approved indirect cost rate, others have their own limits and restrictions.
Tribal Signatories - This tribal resolution shows who the authorized signatories for the Tribe are. With the government moving towards online applications, it is important to register in the Central Contractor Registry instead.
Fiscal Policy Resolution 03-53 - This tribal resolution shows the adoption of official fiscal policies that meet the administrative grant requirements of the Federal Government.
Fiscal Policy Amendment - This tribal resolution shows the most recent changes to the Tribe's fiscal policies.
Southeast Service Community Map - Applicants should always provide a map of the service area. Because the Central Council provides a range of services to the Southeast Alaska region, we have included that map here.
Organizational Chart - An organization chart can be used to demonstrate where the proposed program and staff will operate out of and who will be responsible for oversight.
Selected Resumes - Because the Central Council depends on grants to provide a wide range of services, we have a ready file of staff resumes. Other organizations interested in
